Welche Daten werden erhoben?

Die Dwarves Companion App erhebt grundsätzlich keine personenbezogenen Daten. Es gibt kein allgemeines Benutzerkonto, keine Registrierung und kein Tracking. Eine Ausnahme bildet das Feature Board (siehe unten), bei dem ein optionaler Discord-Login verwendet wird.

Spielstand-Import

Wenn du einen Spielstand importierst, wird dieser ausschließlich lokal in deinem Browser bzw. auf deinem Gerät verarbeitet. Es werden keine Spielstanddaten an einen Server übertragen.

KI-Berater (Grunok)

Die KI-Beratungsfunktion erfordert einen eigenen API-Schlüssel, den du selbst eingibst. Deine Anfragen werden direkt an den von dir gewählten KI-Anbieter gesendet. Der Betreiber dieser App hat keinen Zugriff auf deine Anfragen oder deinen API-Schlüssel.

Feedback-Funktion

Wenn du das Feedback-Formular nutzt, wird der von dir eingegebene Text an einen Discord-Webhook übermittelt. Es werden dabei keine personenbezogenen Daten wie Name, E-Mail-Adresse oder IP-Adresse gespeichert. Das Feedback ist anonym.

Feature Board (Discord-Login)

Das Feature Board ermöglicht es dir, Feature-Vorschläge einzureichen und über Vorschläge abzustimmen. Dafür ist ein Login über Discord erforderlich. Beim Login werden folgende Daten über den OAuth2-Scope "identify" abgerufen:

Discord User ID
Discord Username
Avatar-Hash

Zweck: Authentifizierung für Voting und Feature-Einreichungen. Es wird keine E-Mail-Adresse erhoben.

Speicherung: Deine Discord User ID und dein Username werden zusammen mit deinen Feature-Einträgen und Votes in einer Cloudflare D1-Datenbank gespeichert. Die Session wird als httpOnly-Cookie (JWT, 30 Tage gültig) in deinem Browser abgelegt.

Keine Weitergabe: Deine Daten werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.

Löschung: Du kannst die OAuth-Autorisierung jederzeit in deinen Discord-Einstellungen widerrufen (Einstellungen → Autorisierte Apps). Feature-Einträge und Votes können auf Anfrage über das Feedback-Formular gelöscht werden.

Rechtsgrundlage: Einwilligung durch aktiven Login (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

Hosting

Die Website wird über Cloudflare bereitgestellt. Cloudflare kann in Server-Logs technische Zugriffsdaten (z. B. IP-Adresse, Zeitstempel) erfassen. Weitere Informationen: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

Die Android-App lädt alle Inhalte lokal. Netzwerkverbindungen werden nur für die KI-Beratung, die Feedback-Funktion und das Feature Board (Discord-Login) hergestellt.

Drittanbieter-Dienste

Die App nutzt keine Analyse-Tools, kein Tracking, keine Werbung und keine Social-Media-Plugins. Für das Feature Board wird Discord als Authentifizierungsdienst eingesetzt (OAuth2). Dabei gelten zusätzlich die Datenschutzrichtlinien von Discord.

Deine Rechte

Wenn du das Feature Board nutzt, hast du das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung und Löschung deiner gespeicherten Daten (Discord User ID, Username, Feature-Einträge, Votes). Kontaktiere mich dazu über das Feedback-Formular in der App. Du kannst deine Einwilligung jederzeit durch Widerruf der Discord-Autorisierung zurückziehen.

Für alle übrigen Funktionen der App werden keine personenbezogenen Daten gespeichert.

What data is collected?

The Dwarves Companion App generally does not collect or store personal data. There are no general user accounts, no registration, and no tracking. The exception is the Feature Board (see below), which uses an optional Discord login.

Save file import

When you import a save file, it is processed entirely locally in your browser or on your device. No save file data is transmitted to any server.

AI advisor (Grunok)

The AI advisor feature requires your own API key, which you enter yourself. Your requests are sent directly to your chosen AI provider. The operator of this app has no access to your requests or API key.

Feedback

When you use the feedback form, the text you enter is sent to a Discord webhook. No personal data such as name, email address, or IP address is stored. Feedback is anonymous.

Feature Board (Discord login)

The Feature Board allows you to submit feature suggestions and vote on existing ones. This requires logging in via Discord. The following data is retrieved through the OAuth2 "identify" scope:

Discord User ID
Discord Username
Avatar hash

Purpose: Authentication for voting and feature submissions. No email address is collected.

Storage: Your Discord User ID and username are stored alongside your feature entries and votes in a Cloudflare D1 database. The session is stored as an httpOnly cookie (JWT, valid for 30 days) in your browser.

No sharing: Your data is not shared with third parties.

Deletion: You can revoke the OAuth authorization at any time in your Discord settings (Settings → Authorized Apps). Feature entries and votes can be deleted upon request via the feedback form.

Legal basis: Consent through active login (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Hosting

The website is hosted via Cloudflare. Cloudflare may collect technical access data (e.g., IP address, timestamp) in server logs. For more information, see https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

The Android app loads all content locally. Network connections are only established for the AI advisor, the feedback feature, and the Feature Board (Discord login).

Third-party services

The app does not use any analytics tools, tracking, advertising, or social media plugins. The Feature Board uses Discord as an authentication provider (OAuth2). Discord's own Privacy Policy applies additionally.

Your rights

If you use the Feature Board, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your stored data (Discord User ID, username, feature entries, votes). Please contact me via the feedback form in the app. You can withdraw your consent at any time by revoking the Discord authorization.

For all other features of the app, no personal data is stored.
